The tour opens in a wine bar where guests can taste one or two local wines—Penedès, Montsant, Rioja, Priorat…, or a Catalan cava. During that stop, we’ll have some small tapas such as olives, anchovies, pan con tomate, or a seasonal specialty. This first stop sets the tone for the evening, introduces Catalan food culture, and creates a relaxed atmosphere for conversation.

After the first tasting, the tour becomes a walking exploration of either the Gothic Quarter or the Gràcia district, depending on where the experience is set, according to your preferences. This segment blends food with history and local life:

• In the Gothic Quarter, the route can weave through medieval streets, Roman remains, small plazas, and artisan shops, connecting the city’s layers of history with the evolution of its food culture.
